We accept most private health insurance plans including some Medicaid and Medicare plans as well as Victim of Crime Compensation Fund. Services may be covered in full or partly by your health insurance or employee assistance program (EAP). You may be responsible for a co-payment as stipulated by your insurance company. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- What are my mental health benefits?
- Do I have EAP benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- Do I have a co-pay or co-insurance?
- How many therapy sessions does my plan cover?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?

If your plan is not listed above, please contact us to discuss as
some plans offer a one-time approval.
If you do not have insurance or your plan is not listed, we accept SELF-PAY appointments at the rate of $100 for the first visit and $85 thereafter.
Payment
DEBIT, CREDIT, CASH or checks accepted for
payment.
Letters and Reports
Due to our busy schedule and
the time it will take to facilitate your request, any letters or reports
will be provided at a cost of $50.00 per page.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you
have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to
pay a $30.00 fee.
